LoanIQ Training Consultant
Large Banking Client
Duration: 18+ months - Potential to extend up to 24 and/or convert FTE
Location: Charlotte, NC - 3 days onsite, 2 Remote
Travel: - There will be travel required. Likely once a month or every 2 months to the various training locations.
Top Requirements:
- 4+ years of Corporate Training or similar experience.
- Operational knowledge of LoanIQ - Must have used LIQ and be very comfortable with this system.
- Training experience (creating training materials and in person training)
- The Ability to travel to operation sites as needed (likely every month or 2)
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:
Collaborate and consult with team leaders and cross functional partners when developing and executing upon training plans. Create and execute upon training plans across multiple operational teams. Ability to travel in the US to conduct in person training, as requested. Extensive Loan IQ system experience, preferably with bilateral loans, and knowledge with ability to train to operational teams. Prior training experience with proven results. Basic operational knowledge of organizational processes and strategy to effectively deliver upon training approach. Experience with Automated Financial Systems (AFS) system. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
